The Peak-to-Mean ratio, or P:M, is the peak usage of bandwidth divided by the average mean bandwidth consumed. The P:M is used to establish an InterStream.incentive-price-curve for usage of media grid service bandwidth. This pricing model will be used for the purpose of settlement under the MBA.
