Deleted lines 0-4:

The video content internet market is in a state of change. ISPs worldwide will soon need to make a business decision on how to stop loosing revenue by providing quality content to the consumer, all while still providing enough bandwidth to meet the growing demand.

There are multiple options: 1) Keep status quo. This might be the easiest but unfortunately the most costly. The bandwidth costs continue to spiral down while video demand spirals up. 2) Monitor the traffic load. Charge a "premium" when the content provider uses over certain levels. Good start to the awareness for the ISPs to start waking the content providers up with the idea that at some point, the content providers need to accept some financial responsibility to the internet traffic demand. This, however, does not guarantee quality nor provide any mechanism to control piracy. 3) Implement Media Grids into the network. This is InterStreams model.

By implementing Media Grids into the network, the ISPs (this is where I need you to keep it simple AND SIMPLE AND SIMPLER...pretend you are describing it to me!!!)
